Introduction

Delicious green smoothie with LOTS of vitamin A and C! It is thick like yoghurt and because of the coldness it tastes a bit like ice cream.

No added sugar, vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    • 1 banana
    • 2 cups frozen spinach
    • 6 frozen strawberries
    • 1/4 cup water

    • 1 tbsp flax seeds
    • 5 almonds

    NOTE: If you have the frozen ingredients fresh use them but also add some ice cubes.

    If you don't want this smoothie so thick or want to share it with someone add a bit of water.

Directions

1. In a smoothie blender put the frozen spinach, frozen strawberries, water and banana.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Add a bit more water if you want it thinner.
4. Pour into a big glass and top it with almonds and flax seeds.

Serving Size: A large 1 ½ cup serving
