    3 Avocados, peeled and pitted
    3 Green Tomatoes
    4 Fresh Tomatillos, husks removed
    3 Cloves Garlic, peeled
    2 Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and halved
    16 oz. Fat Free Sour Cream
    2 tbsp. Cilantro
    2 tbsp. Salt & Pepper, each
    1 tbsp. Cayenne Pepper


Place tomatoes, tomatillos, garlic and jalapenos in a large pot. Add enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and drain; allow to cool.

Once cool, place avocados, the above vegetables, sour cream and cilantro in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Season with the spices, to taste. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
