Ingredients

    3 cans black beans
    3 cans diced tomatoes with green chili peppers
    Tabasco
    shredded, reduced fat cheddar
    Tortilla chips

Directions

Stir beans and tomatoes together in a sauce pan and heat. Season to taste with Tabasco. Serve topped with 1/4 cup cheese and 1 oz. Tortilla chips.
