Ingredients

    Oats, 3 cup
    Applesauce, sweetened, .5 cup
    Brown Sugar, .3 cup, packed
    Raisins, .3 cup, packed
    Cranberries, .2 cup, chopped
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Milk, nonfat, .5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
