Introduction

Mama used to make this simple quick meal. I just add a little cucumber to it. This can be served warm and fresh or chilled to serve cold later. (Note: Due to the mayonnaise this is not something I would leave out or consider serving at a picnic..) I portion this out into four containers that weigh an equal amount, so I'm not sure of the exact weight or measurement of each serving. Mama used to make this simple quick meal. Ingredients

    1 c. dry macaroni
    1 sm. can tuna in water, drained
    1 tbsp canola oil mayonnaise
    1 tbsp fat free mayonnaise
    2 tbsp dill relish
    1/8 c raw onion, diced. (or less onion)
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 lg cucumber, peeled and diced

Directions

Boil macaroni until al dente 7-10 minutes.
While macaroni cooks, mix tuna, mayonnaise, onion, and dill pickle together.
Peel and dice cucumber.
Drain macaroni and add to bowl of prepared tuna. Add cucumber, and toss together.
Add salt and pepper to taste after plated.
