Ingredients

No Yolk Broad Noodles- 1/2 pkg (4oz)
15 oz can of tomato sauce
4 T of finely finely shredded carrots
4 T diced onion
1/2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
8oz ground turkey 93/7 (1/2 pkg)
Directions
Boil noodles as directed on package, drain
Saute ground turkey, onion, & carrot in skillet, drain any grease.
Add tomato sauce and spices, stir together.
Add noodles and toss together, cook on med till everything is hot. Add cheese on top and let melt.
Serving Size: Makes 3 large servings
