Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 can Canned Carrots
    1 can Canned Dark red kidney beans
    1 can Canned Black beans
    1 can Canned Tex Mex Style Diced Tomatoes
    **all products found at Walmart

    1/2 cup of uncooked Brown Rice

    Vinegar and hot sauce are optional

Directions

Follow instructions to cook brown rice(Takes approx. 50 minutes)

Rinse all of the canned carrots and beans under water to get rid of excess sodium.
Drain water from Tuna can.

Add 1 Tbsp of olive oil to hot pot. Add all canned products into pot and cook for 5 minutes to get rid of excess water. Add 2 cups of tap water. Bring to boil, and simmer for 5 minutes with lid off.

Add vinegar and hot sauce according to taste. Use no more than 1/4 cup of white vinegar. **

Add brown rice when it is finished.
No need to add additional salt.

Serving Size: Makes 10 1-cup servings
