Ingredients

    3 C rolled oats
    1 C raisins
    1/4 C sugar
    2 t baking powder
    1 3/4 cinnamon (divided)
    3/4 t salt
    1/2 C applesauce
    1/2 C plain yogurt
    1/2 C whole milk
    1/4 C canola oil
    2 large eggs
    2 t vanilla
    2 T light brown sugar (optional)

Directions

*Preheat oven to 350
*Oil 8x8 baking dish
*stir oats, raisins, sugar, baking powder, 1 1/2 t cinnamon, and salt in large bowl
*whisk applesauce, yogurt, milk, oil, eggs, vanilla in another bowl. Stir into oat mixture, and pour int baking dish.
*stir together brown sugar and remaining cinnamon and sprinkle over top.
*Bake 30-40 minutes
