Ingredients

    1lb of ground chicken or turkey
    1/2C chopped onion
    1/4 ketchup
    1tsp low sodium Worchestershire sauce
    4 slices wheat bread crumbled
    1 large egg
    1/4 c milk
    1 can of Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom soup
    1 tsp pepper
    salt (optional and not included in nutritional info)

Directions

Combine, meat, onion, low sodium worchestershire sauce, 4 slices whole wheat bread, ketchup, egg, and salt and pepper (to taste) in a bowl, mix well. Spoon into 8 non-stick muffin or mini-loaf pans. Spoon mushroom soup over each and bake 20-25 minutes at 450 degrees.

Eat alone or on a piece of whole wheat bread or whole wheat bagel for some added fiber.
