    1 T coconut oil
    1 T Earth Balance (or butter or other substitute)
    1 cup gluten free all purpose flour (I used Bob's Red Mill)
    1 cup almond milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup date paste (77 grams of dates blended with water) or date sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1.5 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 cups blueberries
    3 large peaches, chopped


Preheat oven to 350.

Melt coconut oil and Earth Balance in 9x13 pan in oven.

Mix together flour, almond milk, vanilla, date paste, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.

Pour into melted oil mixture. Do not stir.

Top evenly with fruit.

Bake until browned around the edges and cooked in middle, about 35-40 minutes.
