Ingredients

    Scallions (green onions) chopped 1 cup
    Yellow Mustard 2 tbsp
    Mayo 1 cup
    Black Pepper 1 tbsp (or to taste)
    Creole Seasoning 1 tbsp (to taste)
    4 Hard Boiled Extra Large Eggs
    6 cans of Chunk Light Tuna in Water

Directions

Boil eggs, let cool, chop
Drain tuna then add all ingredients and stir.
Chill leftovers.
