Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    93% Lean Ground Beef, 16 oz (remove)
    *Corn Tortilla, Mission Extra Thin, 6 serving (remove)
    *Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 1 cup (remove)
    Salsa, 2 cup (remove)
    *Old el Paso Refried Beans - Fat Free, 1.5 cup (remove
    ortega taco seasoning to taste.

Directions

brown beef, drain and rinse fat. Add ortega taco seasoning to taste. Spread each tortilla with refried beans. Spray 9x13 pan. You can add hamburger mixture on to tortillas and roll them up or you can lay 6 tortillas on bottom and up sides then spread the meat mixture on top. Place remaining tortillas bean side down. Spread salsa on top and sprinkle with Cheese.
Bake for 30-45 minutes in 350* oven. (Till heated through and cheese is bubbley. Serve with sour cream, lettuce, and spanish rice.
