Ingredients

    10 Brussels sprouts, steamed
    5 oz cooked Pasta - any shape
    6 Baby Carrots. sliced thin lengthwise
    1 med stalk Celery, sliced
    4 Scallions sliced

    Dressing:
    1 tbs chunky Peanut Butter,
    2 tbs Kikoman Soy Sauce
    1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
    2 tsp rice vinegar
    1 small garlic clove, grated or minced
    Fresh ground pepper

Directions

Assemble salad ingredients in a bowl.
Mix Dressing ingredients in small jar, shake to combine.
Pour dressing over salad.
