Ingredients

    1 cup of spinach
    1/2 cup of chicken ( cubed or shredded)
    half of papaya or whole mango's
    pickled red onions to taste
    3 oz of sliced almonds
    tablespoon of basil

    Dressing
    1tsp lime juice
    2tsp walnut oil
    1tsp balsamic vinegar
    cayenne pepper to taste

Directions

either baked your chicken or use leftover chicken cut out cooking time. Can serve chicken hot or cold
