    2 Cups Whole wheat flour
    1 cup slightly crushed bran cereal
    1 cup Old fashioned Oatmeal
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    2 egg whites
    3/4 cup of frozen apple juice thawed
    1/2 cup low fat yogurt
    1 cup mashed bananas
    1 cup raisins soaked for 10 mins in boiling water
    1 scoop 100% Whey Protein


1. Combine flour, bran, oatmeal, and baking soda in bowl

2. Beat egg to stiff peaks.

3. Add apple juice, yogurt, bananas and flour mixture all together. Mix till completely blended then fold in egg.

3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put mixture into greased muffins tin.

4. Cook when preheated for 20 minutes.
