    1 2-lb bag sauerkraut, undrained
    1 meduim onion, sliced
    3 pound pork roast
    1.5 tsp A1 Savory Pepper seasoning


Place onion inbottom of crock pot. Layer sauerkraut on top of onion. Coat both sides of pork roast with seasoning and place on top of sauerkraut. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
