Ingredients

2 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 lb stewing beef, cut into 1/2" cubes
1 medium onion, sliced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 frozen pie shells
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Add beef and stir to coat.
In a large pot cook beef and onion in oil over medium-high heat until beef is browned and onion is tender.
Add broth and Worcestershire sauce to the pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375ºF
Uncover and stir in mushrooms. Simmer for 5-10 minutes while oven heats.
Spoon filling into one pie shell and place the other shell on top. Crimp the edges and cut slits or poke holes in the top to let the steam escape.
Bake 35-40 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 1 9" Pie, 8 servings per pie.
