Ingredients

    1lb of ground turkey, 93% lean
    1/2 cup green Bell Peppers, finely chopped
    1/2 cup raw onion, finely chopped
    2 cups fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
    1 large egg white
    Barbecue sauce, to taste
    Horseradish sauce, to taste
    Lettuce
    Tomato, sliced
    Whole grain thin sliced buns

Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients. Form into 4 patties. Grill or broil 9 to 11 minutes turning once. Place on buns. Top with
lettuce, tomato slice and favorite sauce. Enjoy.
