Introduction

Ingredients

    2- 5 oz. boxes of instant vanilla pudding
    4 cups cold almond milk
    8 oz. thawed Cool Whip
    8 oz. light sour cream
    4 bananas, peeled and sliced thin
    1 box of vanilla wafers
    Heavy dash of ground cinnamon

Directions

In a large bowl, stir pudding mix and milk together, once blended gently fold in sour cream and Cool Whip; add a heavy dash of cinnamon

Using 9 x 12 cake pan, layer wafers on the bottom, follow with a layer of sliced bananas, and layer with ½ bowl of pudding; repeat once more. Top off the dessert with crumbled wafers

You can serve immediately or chill overnight to blend flavor and soften cookies!
