Ingredients
-
6 Cups Flour
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Paket of yeast (1/4 oz)
1 Cup warm milk
1 cup warm water
2 Tbsp margarine
Directions
Mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
Mix the warm milk, water and margarine letting the margarine melt.
Slowly pour the liquids into the flour mixture while kneading until all flour is incorporated.
Knead the dough for a few minutes until the consitency is even and the ball is warm and moist but not so wet, it's sticky.
Cover with seran wrap and let rise for about 1 hr until the dough doubles in size.
Then punch down the dough ball and separate into 2 balls, knead again for a bit and flatten each ball, then roll the oblong dough and place into a greased bread pan.
Let the bread rise again for about an hr, then bake in an over heated at 375 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes.
After baking, remove the bread and wrap in aluminum foil so the bread stays soft.
Voila!
Serving Size: Makes about 12 - 14 slices
