Introduction

Basic recipe that can be altered so many ways! Basic recipe that can be altered so many ways!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    8oz of Cheddar Cheese (optional)
    Small loaf of Ciabata bread, french bread or anything of your choosing
    8oz of turkey sausage
    mushrooms
    1 small container of FF egg substitute
    1tbls of olive oil

Directions

Saute your sausage and mushrooms in 1tbls of olive oil, in a large dutch oven or cook top/oven safe pan. tear your bread into small peices when the sausage is done cooking and mushrooms are soft, add to pot and mix throughly absorbing all juices. Add cheese, as much or as little as you choose. Pour in egg substitute and press the bread down as much as possible, egg will puff up. Place pan in oven and bake for approx 40 mins untill golden on the top and well set.
