Introduction

Ingredients
-
-2 cans of Hunts Speghetti sauce
-half pound of hamburger (full lb if you like it more meaty)
-I5 oz. of part skim Ricotta cheese
-9 strips of Lasagna noodles (no boil variety)
-4 TBS of red cooking wine
-1/4 tsp of garlic salt
-dash of oregano
-2 cups of 2 % chedder jack cheese
-1 cup of spinach
Directions
-brown hamburger and drain, put back in pan on heat
-add 2 cans of speghetti sauce then add garlic salt, oregano, red wine, spinach & ricotta cheese to meat sauce and mix well
-divi up the meat sauce into four sections (I just eyeballed it)
-put the first "section" of sauce in the bottom of the crock pot and cover with a handful of cheese, cover that with 3 noodles, you may have to break up a couple of noodles to cover the sauce & cheese.
-repeat this process 2 more times for a total of 3 layers
-cook on high for 1-2 hours or low for 3-4 hours
-it turns out bubbly and gooey and delicious! : )
