krusteaz buttermilk pancake mix
orange juice
blueberries
honey
instant tapioca mix
12 1/2pint wide mouth canning jars
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Berry Mixture
Mix berries, tapioca (instant is best), honey, and a 1/4 cup of orange juice together and let sit for a few minutes while making dough.
Dough
mix together krusteaze mix with orange juice. add more orange juice as needed to make a sticky dough. place a table spoon amount in the bottom of jar to just cover bottom. Reserve the rest for the topping.
Add berry mixture over the dough in jars. Top berry mixture with remaining dough.
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 depending on oven.
Serving Size: makes 12 half pint jars
