Ingredients

    Ahi tuna, wild, fresh, 7.7 oz
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    mixed peppers, .25 cup
    dill pickle sandwich slices .25 cups
    Pepperocini 1/4 cup chopped
    Shallots, 1/4 cup chopped

Directions

heat oil, saute shallots. Add tuna chopped into 1/4" or smaller pieces. Continue saute until tuna is just barely done. Mix in the rest of ingredients.

Hubby doesn't like onions or mayo. so this is a great alternative for tuna salad.
