I agree with Bill Cosby, cookies (and cake) are great for breakfast. They have eggs, flour and all the other stuff your going to eat anyway. Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Butter, unsalted, 0.25 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Raisins, 1 cup, packed
    Water, tap, 0.33 cup (8 fl oz)
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    Brown Sugar, 1.33 cup, packed
    Wheat germ, crude, 0.50 cup
    Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 2 cup
    Natural Peanut Butter , 2 tbsp
    Oats, 2 cup
    365 Everyday Vanilla Whey Protein Powder, 220 gram(s)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat together butter, peanut butter, and brown sugar eggs and water.
Mix together flours, oats, wheat germ, protein powder, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda. Mix into peanut butter mixture. Stir in raisins.
Drop by spoonfuls a good distance apart on greased cookie sheets. Cook for 15 min.
