Ingredients

6 cooked lasagna noodles
1/4 cups lentils (dry bean measure)
1/4 lb mozzarella cheese - grated
1/2 cup part skim ricotta cheese
1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
about 1/2 cup fresh spinach
1 cup marinara (have more heated for those who like a little extra!)
Garlic powder
Fresh ground black pepper
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
1. Cook lasagna noodles and lentils according to directions on box/bag.
2. Mix Ricotta and Cottage cheeses. Add garlic & pepper to taste.
3. Grate mozzarella cheese.
4. Add a small amount of marinara sauce on the bottom of the bowl.
5. Criss-cross two lasagna noodles.
6. Layer spinach and lentils.
7. Fold over a section of lasagna noodle.
8. Layer cheeses.
9. Fold over a section of lasagna noodle.
10. Continue layering ingredients.
11. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees
