Ingredients

    4 pounds yellow-fleshed potatoes, cubed
    3/4 cup fat-free Miracle Whip
    1 cup fresh dill, minced
    1 tbsp hot mustard
    7 slices pre-cooked bacon, crumbled
    1/2 cup red onion, diced


Directions

Makes 8 1-cup servings.

Cook/Boil the potatoes.

Once the potatoes are cooked, add the Miracle Whip, mustard, bacon, dill and onion and mash/mix everything together.
