Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze
    1/2 c. old-fashioned oats
    1/2 c. blueberries
    1/4 tsp vanilla
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    2 no-calorie sweetener packets
    Dash of salt (ioptional)

Directions

Combine all ingredientsin a nonstick pot on the stove.
Add one cup of wter and mix well.
Bring to boil and reduce to simmer.
Stir often & cook until thick and creamy - about 12 to 15 minutes.
Original recipe called for chopped apple but it is easier to toss in handfull of berries - or maybe a sliced banana?
Top with additiona berries or chopped apple - play wih it and make it your own!


Serving Size: Makes about onw serving of1 to 1-1/2 cup serving

    Very Good
    This was pretty good. I added banana, but I didn't care for it, so next time I'll be trying berries. Also, it was a little thin for my taste, so I'll be adding less water to make it thicker. Overall, a great recipe that's really versatile. Thanks for added it here! - 10/13/12
