Oats (2 cups), whey protein powder (10 scoops), crushed almonds (1/3 cup), dried cranberries (1/3 cup), cinnamon (1/2 tablespoon), natural peanut butter (4 tablespoons), skim milk (1/3 cup), unsweetened applesauce (1/2 cup), vanilla extract (1/2 tablespoon)
Directions
Mix the first five ingredients in one bowl, mix the last four ingredients in a seperate bowl and microwave for 30 seconds or until creamy, then combine both mixtures, pouring it into a pan lined with a cooking sheet, and refrigerate for at least 25 minutes.
