Ingredients

    Note: I added jalapenos and chopped onions to the original recipe. To cut down on the BITE factor, leave these extras out!

    3 cloves garlic minced
    1 T. olive oil
    Four cans diced tomatoes
    4 cups pinto beans
    4 cups black beans
    4 cups kidney beans
    3 cups Pace Picante sauce
    16 oz. tomato sauce
    1 can sliced ripe olives, drained
    2 jalapenos diced
    2 onions diced
    5 cubes beef bouillon
    2 teaspoons crushed thyme

Directions

Saute garlic in oil. Add other ingredients and heat through.

    Four 'cans' of tomatoes? How many ounces? Also are these dried beans or canned? 'Heat through'...how many minutes?? Sounds like a good recipe but I'd have liked more detail. Thanks. - 1/16/11
