1 can Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
2 Keebler Ready Crust Graham Pie Crusts
8 egg whites
2 tsp cinnamon
0.5 tsp cloves
1 tsp.ginger
1 tsp salt
1.5 cups Splenda
2 12oz cans of Fat Free Evaporated Milk
Directions
Serving Size 1/8 of Pie
Makes 2 pies 8 slices each.
1. Mix dry ingredients in small bowl.
2. In seperate large bowl blend egg whites and pumpkin.
3. Slowly add dry mixture.
4. Slowly add milk.
5. Pour into pie crusts.
6. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes or until knife comes clean after inserting.
