Ingredients

    3 c whole wheat flour
    1 c shortening, margarine, butter
    1 c flax meal
    1 cup + 1/4 cup water


Directions

cut together flour and shortening, add flax meal and 1/4 cup water, Mix in 1 cup water.

Roll out and bake as usual for pies.
