Introduction

Very simple and easy. My favorite side dishes with this main course are fresh, steamed kale and a sliced sweet potato roasted in the oven with just a little bit of olive oil. Enjoy! Ingredients

    1 10 oz sockeye salmon filet, fresh!
    2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
    1 tbsp fresh grated ginger root

Directions

Grate the ginger (about 1 tbsp)
Rinse and pat dry the salmon filet
Pat the ginger across the top of the filet
Drizzle the teriyaki sauce across the filet
Wrap in aluminum foil, sealing the ends
Put on the grill for approximately 15-20 minutes, until the fish flakes when forked.
