Ingredients

    Bob's Red Mill TVP, .75 cup (remove)
    *Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix (soup broth), 8 tbsp (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Beans, black, .5 cup (remove)
    Catsup, low sodium, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Vegetable Broth, 1.25 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Bread Crumbs - Ener-G (Gluten Free), 0.25 cup (remove)
    *egg replacer (ener-g) 1.5 tsp, 1 serving (remove)
    Paprika, .25 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp (remove)
    Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)

Directions

dump TVP, bread crumbs, and egg replacer in bowl. pour vegetable broth over. dump all other ingredients in bowl and stir.
let sit for 5 minutes.
Form into patties with your handy dandy burger shaper. (if you don't have one you can mold a patty with your hands.)

coat pan or grill with pam and then heat. Place your patty on the pan or grill and cook 7 minutes on each side. (hint, I find the thicker patties hold together best.) Enjoy!!
