Introduction

Fat Free Version of a picinic favorite. Fat Free Version of a picinic favorite.

Ingredients

    14.5 oz Box of Ronzoni Smart Taste Elbows
    3/4 Cup Pickles chopped small
    1 cup Onion Diced small
    1/2 Cup Bell Pepper Diced Small
    About 1 cup Fat Free Miracle Whip
    2 tsp Mustard
    4 hard boil eggs chopped
    1/2 Cup Colby Cheese diced small
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Paprika

Directions

Boil Noodles. Dice up all the vegtables. When noodles are done drain and mix all the ingredients together. Stir in a touch of paprika and then sprinkle some more over the top to make it pretty.

Makes about 12 3/4 cup servings
