Ingredients

    3/4 package _ Barilla Plus Elbow Macaroni
    2.0 cup _ Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    1 cup _ Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
    2 cups _ 2% Milk (or Soy milk)
    2_ Large Eggs (or egg substitute)
    Seasonings (to taste):
    Black pepper
    Salt
    Paprika
    Nutmeg

Directions

Cook pasta per package directions. Liberally spray a 2-3 quart baking pan with Pam. Once noodles are cooked and drained, place a layer of noodles, layer of cheddar cheese and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper to taste. Once completed, mix the milk with the eggs and add pepper, paprika and nutmeg (to taste). Pour egg mixture on top of layered noodles. Bake in 400 degree oven for approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
