Introduction

I just threw some random ingredients into the crock pot, and yum, Dinner Served! I just threw some random ingredients into the crock pot, and yum, Dinner Served!

Ingredients

    Put the pork in the crock pot. Chop up the onion and red pepper and throw them in too. Then add the large can of stewed tomatoes. Add a cup of water (at least that's what I did, you can probably use less). Spices to taste. Put the cover on and let simmer while you go to work.

Directions

Low setting on the crock pot. 6-8 hours. Easy Breezy

Serving Size: I put two ladle fulls in a bowl. I'm estimating the 6 servings because I really don't know.
