Ingredients

2 pints blueberries, cleaned and unstemmed
1 large ripe cantaloupe, makes about 3-4 cups melon balls
1 large ripe honeydew, makes about 3-4 bups melon balls
2 pints strawberries, unstemmed and sliced
4 ripe kiwi, peeled and sliced

    Marinade:
    1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup lime juice...either fresh or Nellie & Joe's Key Lime juice.

Directions

Layer fruit in a trifle bowl so that you can see the colors from the side. I like to use uniform sized strawberrie slices and line the side of the bowl with them then fill in with the other strawberry slices for that layer. Top with the kiwi slices in concentric circles for an attractive presentation.

Stir the honey and lime juice together until honey is dissolved. Pour evenly over the bowl of fruit, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour. After removing the bowl of fruit from the refrigerator, push the plastic wrap until it touches the top layer of fruit completely. Pull of the plastic wrap on one end and carefully pour out the marinade. Makes approximately 9 one cup servings.
