Ingredients

    Lean Ground Turkey, 1 pound
    Celery, 1 cup diced
    Canned Tomatoes, diced, 3 cups
    Low fat Salsa, 1/2 cup
    Red, Yellow and Green Peppers, 1 cup diced
    Onions, 1 cup diced
    Chili Powder, 2 tbsp


Directions

Brown turkey in pot. Drain any additional fat. Add chili powder, celery, peppers, and onions. Cook until just soft. Add canned tomatoes, kidney beans and salsa. Simmer for 20-30 minutes until flavours blend together.
Makes 4 servings.
