Introduction

Ingredients

1/2 cup I can't Believe it is not butter lite
1 cup No calorie Sweetener
3 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 6oz cup Greek Yogurt & 2oz Honey Greek Yogurt
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Topping & middle layer:
1/2 cup Splenda no calorie brown sugar
2 tsp whole wheat flour
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
1. Mix together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
2. Fold in Greek Yogurt until just mixed
3. Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add in small amounts into wet ingredients.
4. Pour 1/2 the batter into the bottom of a small, round, greased bunt pan (Mixture will be thick).
5. Mix the brown sugar ingredients together and spread it on top of the mixture in the pan.
6. Spread the remaining batter on top of the brown sugar mix.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
