Introduction

Trying to be healthy and figured out a way to mix my morning coffee with my shake. It's very good! Trying to be healthy and figured out a way to mix my morning coffee with my shake. It's very good!

Ingredients

    1 scoop Vega chocolate
    1 cup cold coffee
    1 banana, frozen (I peel and freeze in baggies for this use)
    1 packet stevia sweetener
    2 tablespoon fat free coffee cream
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    2 ice cubes

Directions

Place all ingredients in your blender, and blend until smooth.

Serving Size: 1 Shake

    I'm a coffee, chocolate banana junkie myself and do the same thing with my morning coffee! LOL I use my chocolate protien shake, but the idea is still the same... - 7/18/11
