Recipe also calls for 1/4 cup bran and optional 1/4 cup flaxseed, which I did not use. Substituted 1 1/3 cup Altern with 1/3 cup water for the honey. Ingredients

3/4 cup Old Fashioed Oatmeal, uncooked
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup oat flour
1/4 cup white flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 large eggs
3 large bananas, mashed
1/3 cup honey
2/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line muffin tin with papers.
In large bowl mix all dry ingredients. In separate bowl, beat eggs, mix in mashed bananas, honey, yogurt and vanilla until well blended. Stir wet ingredients into the dry ingredients just enough to moisten the dry ingredients.
Spoon batter into the prepared muffin tins an dbake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Cool about 15 minutes.
