Introduction

Yummy, easy to make smoothie with fresh or frozen strawberries. Yummy, easy to make smoothie with fresh or frozen strawberries.

Ingredients

    2 large bananas

    1 cup frozen strawberries (fresh are ok too but it won't be as thick or cold.)

    1/2 cup soy milk (or any other type of milk with a milk flavor)

    1 tablespoon raw blue agave nectar

    1 tablespoon ground flax seed

    1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Slice the bananas. Blend all the ingredients except the strawberries in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add strawberries and blend until smooth and thick.

Serving Size: Makes one large smoothie or two small smoothies
