Ingredients

1 pckg. frozen peas 10oz. or canned may be used
1 1/2 cups cooked minute rice
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 tin mushrooms
1 tin shrimp (optional)
Dressing:
1/2 cup salad oil ( when doubling recipe use only 3/4 cup)
1 tbls. soya sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
2 tbls. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. curry powder
Mix dressing in above ingredients and let stand overnight in
refrigerator.
