Ingredients
-
4 Chicken Tenderloins (approx. 2 breasts or 8 ounces)
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tsp Yellow Mustard
1 Tsp Sriracha (Hot Garlic Chili Sauce, can be found in the Asian section of the grocery store)
1 Tbsp Water
Directions
1.) Prepare chicken by cutting off any visible fat.
2.) Combine honey, mustard, & sriracha until well blended. Add water in slowly while stirring. Mix until well blended.
3.) Place chicken in a zip-lock bag and pour marinade on top. Reserve one tbsp of marinade to use as sauce.
4.) Allow chicken to marinate for at least one hour in the refrigerator. All day or overnight is even better!
5.) Place chicken in a non-stick or glass baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the inside is no longer pink.
