Ingredients

    1 cup - non fat milk
    6 to 8 - strawberries (frozen, unsweetened)
    1/4 cup - Allbran cereal (kellogs) (you can use oats instead)


Directions

Toss all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and serve!

Serving Size: Makes 1.25 cup.
