Really good and very easy. I now have a go-to recipe for leftover mashed potatoes. I made minor modifications based on availability and personal preferences. Carrots instead of cauliflower, ham instead of bacon, and cooking spray instead of butter to saute. I also used 1 cup as the serving size. - 4/15/09

Very Good. A great way to use up some leftovers. I threw in some of my left over ham and turkey and some carrots too. I will make this again. - 12/29/08
