Ingredients

    1 lb Ground beef, extra lean
    1 Large Onions, raw (chopped)
    4 med Celery stalks (chopped)
    2 cans (approx)14 oz each) Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes
    1 TBSP Oregano
    1 TBSP Ground Cumin
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 Pepper
    2 TBSPs Adobo Sauce
    2 Adobo peppers (chopped)
    2 Cans Black Beans (approx)14 oz each) (drained & rinsed)
    1 Can Dark Red Kidney Beans (drained & rinsed)

Directions

1. Cut up onion & celery.
2. Put everything in a slow cooker for 4 hours (No more or it will start to burn).
