    1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
    1 Cup Frozen Mangos
    1/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries or Rasberries
    1 Banana
    1/2 Cup plain lowfat yogurt
    3/4 Cup Orange Juice
    2 Tbsp Flax Seed
    1 Tbsp Honey, Raw
    3 Ice Cubes


Mix it all together in Blender :) YUM!
