Introduction

I use to change it up all the time but have now settled on this recipe. I use to change it up all the time but have now settled on this recipe.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    17 oz. Tricolor Farfalle Pasta
    2 cans low sodium solid white albacore
    1 can Cream of Chicken condensed soup (low fat)
    1 can Cream of Celery condensed soup (low fat)
    1/4 C. Milk (low or no fat)
    1/2 C. (divided) Shredded chese (I use a mexican mix, it melts nicely)
    1/3 C. crushed Ritz crackers

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Cook noodles on stove top per package instructions to al dente.

Mix noodles with remaining ingredients except 1/4 C. shredded cheese and ritz crackers and pour into 9x9 casserole dish (or similar square dish).

Bake in oven for about 15 minutes or until bubbly and hot. Remove, top with cheese and ritz cumbs and back an additional 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.



Serving Size: Makes about 6 1-C servings
